How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to have your order dispatched as soon as possible from the time that we have received your payment. Usually we aim to get your order to you within a week. If we think that it may take longer then we will inform you immediately.

How much do you charge for postage?
We add a £5 postage fee to every order.

You will be supporting independant music and helping to fund further activities from the band by allowing them to bypass expenses usually caused by relying on third-party distribution companies to get releases into the stores of leading retailers.

What's your policy on refunds and returns?
We can a no refunds and no returns policy. We make sure that every order is correct and in good condition, so no mistake should ever be made on our part. If we ever send you the wrong order then we will follow it up and ensure that you do receive your correct order if we are responsible for the error. However, if you wish to dispute this then this can be done through PayPal.
